1. SITE INFORMATION
Thank you for accessing the iextensions.com website (hereinafter, referred to as the Site). This Site is the property of and is operated by iExtensions, a Romanian company with registered offices in Str. Leon Voda 21, Bucharest (the “Company”).
Any reference to "us" or derivatives of such word, used throughout these Terms and Conditions, shall be a reference to the Company.
The intellectual property rights over the Site and all its content belong entirely to the Company. The Site is protected by intellectual, industrial and other applicable property laws.

The Site and/or services are provided on the territory of Romania and for Users located on the territory of Romania. The Company does not represent or provide any warranty that the Site or services are available or suitable for use in other territories. If you access or use the Site from other jurisdictions, you do so at your own risk and are fully responsible for compliance with local laws. The site is addressed exclusively to persons over 16 years of age.
4. UPDATE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN
The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time, and the Terms and Conditions thus modified shall be displayed on this page, taking effect from the moment of posting on the Site.

5. USER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Site Users have the following rights:

f) undertaking any activity that may be harmful to the Site, the Company or any of the economic operators with whom the Company contracts and who populate the Site with relevant information for Users;
g) introducing viruses or any other technologically harmful material;
h) sending or posting any unsolicited advertising, marketing, promotional material on or through the Site.
In case of such violation, the rights to use the Site shall immediately be terminated for the person concerned, from the moment of committing the violation. Unauthorized access to the Site or the Company's servers, or leased to the Company, may be considered a crime and is punishable according to current laws. We shall notify any such violation to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with those authorities by disclosing the identity of the person concerned and any other information requested by the authorities.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that all intellectual property rights over the Site belong to the Company or its licensors and that you are entitled to use the Site only under the conditions described in these Terms and Conditions.
The iExtensions logo, the Site and its content, including, but not limited to text, names, data, compilations, graphics, logos, video and audio files are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, according to applicable law.
Users may print and download web pages from the Site exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Modifying, in any way, the content thus printed, is prohibited. It is also forbidden to use illustrations, logos, photographs, video or audio files or any other elements separately from the form in which they are found on the Site, including separately from the accompanying text.
Any violation of the provisions of this section shall result in the immediate termination of the right to use the Site and the services offered through it for the User concerned and he/she shall, at the discretion of the Company, return and/or destroy any copies of the materials made in violation of the provisions of this section.
7. SITE PROMOTION THIRD-PARTY ACTIVITY ACTIVITY OF THIRD PARTIES
The Company may run advertising campaigns on the Site. The Company is not liable for messages and actions arising from advertising messages posted or belonging to third parties, the responsibility resting with the companies whose advertisements are presented.
