Starting with May 25, 2018, all European Union (EU) Member States must enforce Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, also known as the GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation).
The legal grounds of the processing of such data are:
• performance of the agreement and preliminary steps for this agreement (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR) – for data collected through the order form or data received as a result of customer service;
• legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) c GDPR) for data required for invoicing;
• consent (art 6 (1) of GDPR) for data used for marketing, for site visitors (e.g. newsletter subscription, marketing cookies etc.);
• legitimate interest (art. 6 (1) f GDPR for data used for marketing for current customers (according to Law 506/2004, art 12 (2)) of iextensions.com, the security of its own iextensions.com website (recital 49 GDPR) and data used internally to optimize its own iextensions.com website (and anonymized or pseudonymised, as the case may be).
Personal data that you submit to iExtensions (via the site or email) or that you fill in within the process of using the iextensions.com website shall be processed. All information you fill out/submit while using iextensions.com must be complete, correct and current.

What kind of information we collect from you and how this information is used
iextensions.com collects personal data from its users in three ways:
• directly from the user
• traffic data from the user's browser
• through cookies.

1. Whenever you access iextensions.com or when you create an account or fill out a form, we may ask for your surname, given name(s) and / or email address, as well as other data necessary to get in touch.
2. When you access the assistance / consultancy services, we may ask you for an email address or phone number. We reserve the right to record any communication made to the support services of iextensions.com services, for the purpose of improving our services. We will inform you before the communication begins, that same may be recorded. This data is used, for example, for the purpose of getting in touch with you to resolve a complaint/request of yours. We may request other data that may constitute personal data, only to the extent necessary for these purposes. Such data shall kept until consent is revoked.
3. Also, when subscribing to our newsletter, please provide us with an email address, as well as a name and other information necessary to personalize communication to you. This data is retained until your consent is revoked or your activity has been revoked. It shows us that you are no longer interested in our communication.
4. All processors we work with are in the European Union, and those in the United States have signed Standard Contractual Clauses with us, to which we have added additional data protection clauses.
5. According to GDPR, you benefit from the right of access, rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing or portability of personal data. How we protect information collected from you
iExtensions does not provide the information collected (through the Site, by email or telephone) to third parties without your consent, express and prior.
Your access to certain services and information within the site (including access to personal data) is protected by a username and password. We recommend that you do not disclose such data to anyone. iextensions.com will never ask you for the password to your accounts in unsolicited messages or phone calls. We therefore advise you not to disclose this password to people who ask you to do so.

• We restrict access to personal information to only those employees, contractors and agents of iExtensions who are entitled to be aware of such information, in order to enable them to so process same on our behalf and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be held liable or terminated if they fail to meet such obligations.
However, as effective as our security systems are, no system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the imperviousness of our security services, nor that the information transmitted to us shall not be intercepted at the time it is disclosed.
Who has access to the information collected from you
Sharing personal data with third parties, under the conditions stipulated above, implies your acceptance that recipients may have separate privacy and data collection practices. iExtensions holds no control over, and cannot guarantee, all legal aspects involved in using these independent privacy practices.

If you have reason to believe that any personal data we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request to see such information, rectify same or request the erasure thereof, request restriction of processing or object to the processing thereof, and you also have the right to data portability. If you wish to lodge a formal complaint about how we have processed your personal data, please contact our Data Protection Officer, at the following email address contact@iextensions.com. The Data Protection Officer shall get in touch with you to resolve the issue raised.
You may also contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, at www.dataprotection.ro and file a complaint with them.
Amendments
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time.
